Return an online order by mail

• Complete the Exchange and/or Return section on the website. You may need to access order details within your online order history.

• Place your item(s) and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package, removing/covering any labels. If desired, you may reuse your original packaging.

• Return your package. For your flexibility, return labels are attached to your invoice for use on all domestic orders. When you choose our pre-paid return label option, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund for the return shipping & handling costs. Replacement return labels are not able to be printed.

If you choose to use our pre-paid label, drop your package off at an authorized USPS (United States Postal Service) location and allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mailed it back to receive and process your return/exchange.

We don’t accept returns on merchandise that the customer had position from 14 days or longer. If the merchandise received was damaged upon arrival we request that you contact customer service with confirmation of the received date as well as a photo to reflect the damages. At that time our company will provide with the shipping address to return and an email address for confirmation that the package was returned, as well as pay the postage. We will replace the merchandise, or give credit towards another item that is of equal value.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
If the wrong merchandise (not the correct item ordered) is delivered we request that you contact our office upon receipt of the merchandise. We will provide you with the return address, an email address to confirm the package was returned, as well as pay for postage. At that time our office will give you an opportunity to receive the correct merchandise, or request a full refund.
